Trusted for saved-post workflows

Real LinkedMash customers using their saved posts for research, organization and work they can find again.

When it took me to LinkedMash and my dashboard I was like ‘holy moly’, I’ve been wanting this for ages. Now I want to write content and make posts on the back of what I saved. The integration goes into my personal AI agent framework to absorb the saved articles and match them against the themes I’m writing about. A regular workflow powered by my simply hitting save on LinkedIn.

Frequently asked questions

How do I export my LinkedIn saved posts to Notion?

Install the LinkedMash extension and it imports your LinkedIn saves. Connect Notion, pick the database to sync to, and every saved post flows in automatically with its text, images, video and original link intact. Set it once and it keeps syncing.

Does it export images and video?

Yes. LinkedMash exports the full post to Notion, not just the text. Images, video, the original link and the author all come across with each saved post, so your Notion database holds the complete record.

Does it keep syncing?

Yes, it is not a one-time export. Every new LinkedIn post you save flows into your Notion database automatically in the background, so your workspace stays up to date without you lifting a finger.

Can I choose which Notion database?

Yes. Choose the Notion database you want LinkedMash to use. Filter recipes then let you sync only the posts that match an author, label or keyword.

Can I import my existing LinkedIn saved-post history?

Yes. Import your existing saved-post library first, then connect Notion. The initial sync can populate the database from that imported history, while later LinkedIn saves continue to arrive automatically.

Can I filter what reaches Notion?

Yes. Create recipes that match an author, a LinkedMash label or keywords. Prefix a keyword with ! to exclude it, and run separate recipes for different databases or research workflows.

Which Notion properties should I keep?

Keep the properties supplied by the LinkedMash database template because the sync depends on them. You can add your own Status, Project, Notes or workflow properties beside the required source fields.

Can I see an example before connecting?

Yes. The live sample database on this page shows real destination structure: page titles, authors, tags, post dates and original LinkedIn links.
