These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for using LinkedMash, product of GIGAHERTZ INNOVATIONS LLC. GIGAHERTZ INNOVATIONS LLC is a company registered in Delaware, United States of America with its principal place of business at 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713. By accessing this website, you accept these terms and conditions.

1. Introduction

By using LinkedMash, you confirm your acceptance of, and agree to be bound by, these terms and conditions.

2. Agreement to Terms and Conditions

This Agreement takes effect on the date you first use the LinkedMash application.

3. License Access with Premium Features

You will be able to use all the premium features after subscribing to a paid plan. Details of the premium features are available on the pricing page.
We provide both subscription-based and one-time purchase licenses for access to LinkedMash for a specified time frame or lifetime, depending on the plan chosen. Purchasing a plan provides unlimited or restricted usage based on the features mentioned at the time of purchase. LinkedMash reserves the right to add or remove features for the plan at any time, with notifications sent via email.

4. Refund Policy

We allow refunds within 7 days of purchase. To request a refund, contact our support team at hello@linkedmash.com. The processing of refunds is subject to a fair usage policy and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness to all users.

5. Affiliate Program Terms

Eligibility: Participation in the LinkedMash affiliate program is subject to approval by the LinkedMash team. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
Commissions: Affiliates earn a 30% commission on every sale made through their unique referral link.
Payouts: Payouts are processed only after a minimum of 3 successful payments have been earned by the affiliate. All payouts are subject to admin approval.
Payout Schedule: Once approved, payouts are processed within 15 days via our payment partner tolt.io and sent to the affiliate's PayPal account. Affiliates are responsible for providing a valid PayPal email address.
Fraud & Abuse: Any attempt to manipulate, abuse, or game the affiliate system (including self-referrals or fraudulent activity) will result in forfeiture of commissions and removal from the program.
Changes: LinkedMash reserves the right to update or modify the affiliate program terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or on our website.

5. Cancellation Policy

Users can cancel their subscription anytime through the settings page. For any incorrect billing details or if mistakenly billed, please contact us at hello@linkedmash.com.

6. Disclaimer

LinkedMash is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that it will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. All express and implied warranties are excluded and expressly disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law.

7. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

LinkedMash does not give any warranty, guarantee, or other term as to the quality, fitness for purpose, or otherwise of the software. LinkedMash shall not be liable to you by reason of any representation (unless fraudulent), or any implied warranty, condition, or other term, or any duty at common law, for any loss of profit or any indirect, special, or consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses, or other claims (whether caused by LinkedMash's negligence or the negligence of its servants or agents or otherwise) which arise out of or in connection with the provision of any goods or services by LinkedMash. LinkedMash shall not be liable or deemed to be in breach of contract by reason of any delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of its obligations if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control. Notwithstanding contrary clauses in this Agreement, in the event that LinkedMash is deemed liable to you for breach of this Agreement, you agree that LinkedMash's liability is limited to the amount actually paid by you for your services or software, which amount calculated in reliance upon this clause. You hereby release LinkedMash from any and all obligations, liabilities, and claims in excess of this limitation.

8. General Terms and Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. You acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and LinkedMash as a result of your use of these services. LinkedMash will not be liable for any representation, act, or omission by you.

9. LinkedIn API Compliance

LinkedMash operates in strict compliance with the LinkedIn API Terms of Use. By using LinkedMash, you acknowledge and agree that:

Permitted Use:
- LinkedMash accesses your LinkedIn saved posts only with your explicit authorization through LinkedIn's OAuth authentication.
- Your data is used solely to provide features that help you be more productive: organizing, searching, labeling your saved posts, and creating content.
- We do NOT use your LinkedIn data for advertising, sales prospecting, recruiting, or any commercial purposes outside of our stated features.

Data Protection:
- Your LinkedIn data remains within our secure application environment.
- We do NOT automatically export, sell, or transfer your LinkedIn data to third-party services without your explicit consent.
- Any optional features involving third-party processing (such as AI insights) require separate opt-in consent.
- You can request deletion of all your data at any time through your account settings.

Content Publishing:
- When you use our content creation and scheduling features, we post content to LinkedIn only as you explicitly direct.
- You are responsible for ensuring any content you publish complies with LinkedIn's User Agreement and Professional Community Policies.
- LinkedMash acts as your authorized agent when publishing content on your behalf.

User Responsibilities:
- You must maintain the confidentiality of your LinkedMash account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You agree not to use LinkedMash in any way that violates LinkedIn's terms of service or applicable laws.
- You will not attempt to access, modify, or interfere with LinkedIn data beyond what you've personally saved.
