Put your LinkedIn saved posts on a Miro board

Lists are good for retrieval. Boards are better for seeing relationships. If your saved LinkedIn posts become a positioning map, campaign wall, workshop, or visual swipe file, copying them into Miro by hand is the part that kills the workflow.

LinkedMash connects the saved-post library to a board you choose. Each synced post is laid out inside its own Miro frame with source context, content, available media, and tags.

What the Miro sync creates

A post becomes a frame rather than a spreadsheet row. The frame title uses the post date and author when available. Inside it, LinkedMash lays out the author profile, post text, source link, available attachment, and tags. New frames are positioned beside the last synced frame so they do not all land on top of each other.

Connect LinkedIn saved posts to Miro

   Import your LinkedIn saved posts with the LinkedMash extension. The Miro connection works from that imported library.

   Create the destination board in Miro first. Then open [Miro Sync](/integrations/sync/miro) and click Connect with Miro.

   Approve the Miro authorization request. LinkedMash then loads the boards available to the connected Miro account.

   Select the board that should receive the posts and confirm the connection. If no board appears, create one in Miro or reconnect the account.

   Run the first sync. Use View in Miro from the integration page to open the board, and reconnect or choose another board if the original becomes unavailable.

   

Where Miro is genuinely useful

• Message mapping: cluster posts by problem, promise, proof, and objection to see a market narrative emerge.
• Workshop preparation: bring source examples into the same board where the team votes, comments, and groups themes.
• Visual swipe file: arrange hooks, screenshots, and formats spatially instead of scrolling a table.
• Campaign planning: place research frames beside audience notes, draft concepts, and creative directions.

Use Miro when the value is in the relationship between posts, not just in finding one record quickly.

Use recipes to keep the canvas focused

Do not send an entire multi-year library to one board. Create a recipe that matches an author, LinkedMash label, or keyword, then connect that focused stream to the board for the current workshop, client, or campaign.

• One label per board: keep a moodboard or swipe file visually coherent.
• One author group per board: compare positioning, formats, or repeated arguments.
• One keyword cluster per board: map a problem, audience, category, or campaign theme.
• Exclude with !: remove noisy terms before they become frames on the canvas.

Limits and trade-offs

• Miro is a visual destination, not a structured backup. Export CSV or JSON if another system needs predictable fields.
• A large unfiltered library becomes a very wide board. Send a focused set and create separate boards for separate research questions.
• The connection can only list boards available to the authorized Miro account. Deleted boards or revoked access require reconnection.
• Layout depends on the content and media available in the imported post. Not every LinkedIn attachment can be reproduced as an interactive Miro object.

Miro versus the other destinations

Choose Notion for page-level notes, Google Sheets for a shared table, and Airtable for a structured team workflow. Choose Miro when clustering and spatial sense-making are the work.
